I started attending Heather's classes almost 2 years ago. Wow! Does time fly when one is learning and having fun!! I always look forward to Heathers classes. She is the consummate professional. Her classes begin on time; are thoughtfully put together so there is always great flow and she throws in fun moves here and there as well! Yoga can be so intimidating if you've never done it before and I've never been intimidated by Heather. I've always felt welcomed; important and she continually is there to help me improve so I can be the best Yogi I'm meant to be.
